Sir,

I have the honor to inform that a patient, Ant on. E. Imelling, was discharged from Strepetal, this morning at am.

Orr Jenna, the Steward, being applied to for the balance ($136) of the money deposited by her for hospital charges on Senna was not able to produce more than $11.

I examined the safe and found it empty; in addition to the $46 deposited by My Imelling, there should have been in it per Ph. D. C. Ayres, bg, M. PP. C. A.
